2. No Refund Policy

We regret to inform you that we do not entertain any refund requests for the services provided. Once your subscription term has commenced and our services are activated, no refunds will be granted, irrespective of the reason for termination. This policy is implemented to ensure fairness, consistency, and transparency in our service provisions.

3. New Account Sign-Up and Plan Activation

Please be advised that if you sign up for a new account with On Cloud APIs and activate a plan, we will not provide any refunds once the plan is activated. This includes any fees or charges incurred during the subscription term. We encourage all clients to carefully review our service offerings and terms before signing up for a new account and activating a plan.

4. Online Payments

If you make any payments online for our services, please note that these payments are non-refundable. This policy applies to all online transactions made through our payment gateway.

5. Payments Made After Two Days

If you make a payment to the company, you have a period of two days from the date of payment to request a refund. After this two-day period, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. We advise clients to consider their purchase carefully and make any refund requests within this specified timeframe.

6. Change of Mind

If you change your mind after subscribing to our services, we will not provide a refund. We recommend that clients thoroughly evaluate our services during the trial or demonstration period before making a final purchase decision.

7. Evaluation Period

We strongly encourage you to conduct a thorough evaluation of our SaaS system services before making a final purchase decision. This includes utilizing any trial versions, demonstrations, or consultation services we offer. Our dedicated support team is available to provide clarifications, answer questions, and offer assistance during this evaluation period to help you make an informed decision.

8. Data Privacy and Security

We do not disclose any data to anyone. Your data is strictly confidential and is only used in accordance with our privacy policy and service agreement. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your information. All data is end-to-end encrypted to safeguard your information from unauthorized access. Additionally, data collected is solely for the purpose of improving our services.

9. Contacting for Setup

10. Spam and WhatsApp Account Blocking

Please note that any attempt to use our services for spamming purposes, including excessive or unsolicited communications via WhatsApp, may result in your account being blocked. We reserve the right to take such actions to protect the integrity of our services and ensure compliance with our usage policies.

11. WhatsApp Account Deactivation

If your WhatsApp account is deactivated, you will need to email WhatsApp directly for assistance. Due to high traffic, we are unable to assist with WhatsApp account issues directly. However, if you require our support to resolve the issue, we charge a fixed price of $10 to actively work with you on resolving the problem.

12. Account Deletion Due to Non-Payment

If a client fails to make payment within 7 days of the due date, On Cloud APIs reserves the right to delete the client’s account. It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely payment to avoid any interruption or loss of access to services.

13. Responsibility for changes on developer.facebook.com

Clients are solely responsible for any changes made to their accounts or settings on developer.facebook.com. On Cloud APIs will not be liable for any issues, disruptions, or damages arising from changes or configurations made by clients on this platform.

14. Acknowledgment of No Refund Policy

By proceeding with the activation of our SaaS system services on On Cloud APIs, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and unconditionally agreed to the terms of our No Refund Policy. This acknowledgment ensures that you are fully aware of and agree to abide by our refund terms and conditions.
